We operate as a 50/50 manned & unmanned facility, meaning there may be times when no staff are on-site.

MANDATORY INDUCTION REQUIRED

To ensure your safety, a full induction is required before access is granted.

🕔 Monday – Friday: 5 AM – 9 PM
🕔 Saturday & Sunday: 5 AM – 6 PM

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your membership, we require:
📅 7 days’ notice before your direct debit/cash collection date
📧 Written notice sent to calverton@tgsgyms.co.uk

Your email MUST include:
✅ Full name
✅ Membership number
✅ Club name (e.g., TGS CALVERTON)
✅ Reason for cancellation
